My name is Simon Strum I am the owner of NSW Building Management that currently works on the following sites :

My experience as a Police Officer , Property Developer , Project Manager for Fahrenheit Global Fire and Operations / General manager of Associated Security Company ( ASC ) not to mention my degree in finance and marketing allows me strong communication skills which I have found invaluable in dealing with builders , trades and residents. I have project managed multi million dollar builds for clients and fire upgrade to comply with council fire orders.
My business partner Domenic Zucaro has been a Building Manager for over 8yrs and his background in property development ,food and beverage industry for 25 years also give him very strong communication skills in co-ordinating the needs of owners and tenants with the requirements of builders and trades.
We hold $20,000,000.00 in public liability insurance
I am extremely confident that the skill set between Domenic and myself will be able to assist the owners cooperation and make this process as seamless as possible. We know how to get things done !
I am also amenable to a trial period of 12 weeks and at its conclusion both parties agree to enter into a binding contract or at its conclusion either party may terminate the agreement.
Lastly, it is also worth mentioning that we are available 24/7 for emergency after hours call outs and that our schedule of fees is amongst the lowest in our industry as we love doing this work.
